Passion Planner (UNDATED) Review

Watch this video and see why this UNDATED Passion Planner is my absolute favorite. I love it for its quotes, compatibility and it helps me reflect daily/weekly/monthly. This planner has singlehandedly increased my productivity level as I am able to track, checkoff, and reflect on my goals, tasks and to-do list down to the hour.

Speaking of reflection, that’s what I enjoy most about this planner. Here are the reflection questions I believe anyone can adopt at the end of the month.

1) What was the most memorable part of this past month? Describe it.
2) What were the three biggest lessons you’ve learned in this past month?
3) Review your planner for the past month and assess your priorities. Are you happy with how you spent your time? If not, what steps can you take this next month to adjust them?
4) How are you different between this past month and the month before it?
5) What or who are you especially grateful for this past month?
6) Name three things you can improve on this upcoming month. What are concrete actions you can take to work towards these improvements?
7) From 1-10, how do you feel overall about this past month?

  5. I have never heard of a passion planner before and I LOVE planners! I live on them. I actually have 4 – and I’m really embarrassed to say that. I’m so forgetful. I really am. I love that it helps you focus on yourself and helps you grow. It’s not just a planner but more like a life coach so to speak. Very interesting.
PS. I LOVE your lip colour!

    1. You know I never thought of it as a life coach. I am sure the CEO of this company will appreciate that feedback! Thanks for the compliment on the lip color 🙂

  6. This is pretty cool! I gave up finding the perfect planner but make one myself years ago.
I do have a monthly, quarterly, yearly review now (similar to your planner with some questions throughout). I love the idea to really answer those questions and reflect.

I think your planner is absolutely perfect! A good planner can really increase your productivity 10 folds

  7. I’m a HUGE planner person. I’m totally that person who’s planner is covered in washi tape, sticky notes and stickers. As of now I use The Happy Planner but I’ll definitely have to check out the Passion Planner.

  12. I am so bad about not having a planner! I just started using, what I call a planner, but it’s more like a monthly calendar binder. I hear so many bloggers swearing by planners and I must say, this looks like an awesome planner that goes above and beyond!

  13. This looks like such a great tool to have! My planner has a bunch of sticky notes, and tags and little notes scribbled here and there! This would be a great to keep me organized!

  14. I love how it asks for “concrete actions” that makes so much sense because all too often we have these goals but no way to make them happen!
Sounds like a great planner and I loved your video!

  15. Looks like a cool product. I have really been trying to work on my mindfulness lately. Reflecting on all the things you have accomplished instead of what you still need to do is super important!

    1. Wow, Ana…. First I have to say I appreciate your insightful comment. I was actually introduced to mindfulness last year and I teach it now. But I never thought about mindful planning until you pointed it out and that is exactly what those reflection questions accomplish! Thanks for you feedback!

  16. I don’t have this planner but I have one that I’ve personalized to myself and it is amazing. it really makes a difference. I love your questions, definitely keeping those in mind

  18. Sounds like a great planner. Just recently got one for all my social media needs, Love the questions, I’ll definitely keep those in mind.

  19. This looks like such a great planner, especially for bloggers!! I’m a planner/stationery fiend, but I’ve never tried one of these.

  20. This looks great. I started using a passion planner at the beginning of the year and so far I can’t complain. All about staying organised this year.

  25. This is such a cool planner! I have been really into planners so far this year and I may have to grab one of these!

  26. Now this is a really nice planner. I have a new one and I love it, the kids purchased me one for Christmas. I may also look into this one as well for you can never have enough planners. Mine is really helping me stay on top of things.

  27. Looks like a great planner option. I have to have a paper planner. It is the only way I keep everything together. Thank you for your review. I will have to keep this one in mind.

  28. I have to confess, I’ve never used a planner like this before – and I hadn’t actually heard of Passion Planner before reading this post. But seems like there are a lot of fans of these planners out there – maybe I should jump on the wagon and check them out 😉 x

  29. This is such a cool planner. I have started to love planners, they make things so much easier and help me stay organized.

  30. Sounds like an awesome planner. I have one that I never use. I really need to start opening it and uses it more. I am awful when it comes to these.

  31. I started using a planner a couple of years ago and still haven’t found one I really love. I tried the EC planners because everyone raved about them, but they just didn’t do it for me. This Passion Planner sounds amazing. I love the mix of keeping you organized and helping you achieve and reflect on your goals.

    1. Truth is, I used the Erin Condrin (EC) planner as well and I loved it while I used it but found it super bulky; I noticed I never went out with it much and it was difficult for me to reference it for that reason. The Passion Planner is so easy to carry out with me…. the only exception is when I am at a function and I am carrying a super small clutch. Thanks for your feedback, you just took me back to my EC days!

  32. I never used a planner. But your post convinced me to think about! The question that you put down are really good ones. And it helped me to realise a lot of things that doen’t work at the moment!

  33. Interesting! I’m big on buying planners. I would use it for a few weeks then it would be empty, I go back to it after a few months. I can’t seem to find the right planner that will fit my needs and I’m at the store browsing at every one of them all the time just to find one that is close enough. Will check this one out.

  34. I like the idea of having questions that make you reflect on what each month was like. This exercise would easily help anyone become more grateful.

  35. This sounds like a wonderful planner when you need a little bit of motivation! I sometimes need the extra push so I definitely will check it out.

  36. I usually get a pretty planner and get all excited to fill it in. However, the eagerness wanes around March or April. I guess I haven’t found the right planner that would suit my whims. I want something where I can doodle, draw, paste photos, write thoughts and even my grocery and medicine lists. I will have to check out that Passion planner.

  37. I am a planner addict so I would love to give this one a try!!! I need to look into it more, I really like what you have said about it so far!

  38. Well, I cannot do without my planner for sure!! Being organized is the very first step you take to reach your goal. I think Passion Planner is every bit capable of doing that!

  39. Personal organization starts from stuff like this- getting a passion planner to keep your activities in check and help you grow in all your doings as well as properly balance time for everything. Too bad I have never tried having one, guess it is time to open my eyes and get one..so glad you’ve shared a recommendation here! Thanks!

  40. I have seen many planners online over the past few years but never got around to using any of them. I like the idea of an undated one that allows you to organize as well as reflect on achievements and reflect on priorities and how to achieve goals.

  41. I love planners that are undated. That way I don’t feel that much pressure to write something on it everyday. I love planners where I can just do as I please with it.

  42. I’ve been using a digital planner for the last couple of years, but at the beginning of this year, I decided that I needed to go back to a physical book. It really does make a difference to have something that you can pick up and hold.

  43. This sounds like a great way to work on your planner. I have never read a suggestion to look over the past few months to determine if you’ve been happy. FANTASTIC! I know I’ve been so busy I haven’t had time to really focus on the now and enjoy the little things. Changes coming!

  44. That undated passion planner is a must have! I so love this one and the idea that it is undated is simply amazing!

  45. I have never heard of the Passion Planner before but it sounds amazing. I am looking for a new one and so this may just be the one!

  46. I love the fact that his has reflection questions for each month. It makes you think about how the month has transpired and what you learned from it. Definitely the kind of planner that I would get!

  47. I need this excellent tool to get more structured option geared towards goal setting. Besides the classic exterior, I like that it looks light and transportable.

  48. I was gifted a passion planner from a friend and coworker a few months back. Very thoughtful gift to give a semi newbie blogger. I like that the Passion planner has these reflective questions. I’ll need a new planner by summer so I’ll have to buy another or also check out the Happy Planner. Another good one from what I’ve heard.

  49. This looks like a great way to do some self-reflection. I will add these questions to my bullet journal. Try to see where the growth is.
